Payment and Terms of Sale

  • Payment Terms: All purchases from DHS Irrigation Pty Ltd are processed on a cash basis unless 
    alternative financing arrangements, such as a written credit agreement, have been established. 

  • Property Rights: Goods remain the property of DHS Irrigation until payment is completed in full. 

  •  Delivery Costs: Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, all delivery costs are the customer’s 
    responsibility and will not be included in the purchase price. 

  •  Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit cards, and any other options listed 
    on our website. For questions on payment methods or financing options, contact our support team.

Delivery Policy 

  • ​Delivery Arrangements: DHS Irrigation may, at the customer’s request, arrange delivery of purchased goods. All delivery arrangements are subject to availability and may include an additional fee. 

  • Liability During Transport: DHS Irrigation is not liable for damage to goods once they leave our premises, including damage or loss caused by third-party couriers, whether arranged by the customer or by DHS Irrigation upon request. 

  • Delivery Locations: Our delivery personnel will attempt to deliver as close as safely possible to the designated address. For high-risk or hard-to-reach areas, delivery will be made to the closest safe location. 

  •  Acceptance of Delivery: By accepting delivery, customers take full responsibility for any risk, damage, or loss associated with the goods.

Warranty of Quality and Liability Limitations 

 

  • Quality Assurance: DHS Irrigation is committed to delivering high-quality goods and services. In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to goods that are durable, safe, and free from defects when used as intended. 

  •  Liability Limitations: DHS Irrigation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, opportunity, or data. 

  •  Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify and hold DHS Irrigation harmless against any claims arising 
    from improper use of goods.

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee


DHS Irrigation is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with all purchases. If you are not completely  satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to consider returns, exchanges, or repairs based on the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

 

  • General Return Period: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or tax invoice is required for any return, exchange, or refund request. 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Special-order and custom-made items are non-returnable. Certain consumable items may also be excluded from returns for safety reasons. For clarification, please contact customer support. 

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Goods

 

  •  Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If goods are defective or incorrect upon receipt, customers may return them to DHS Irrigation for inspection and assessment. 

  • Inspection Process: Once goods are received, DHS Irrigation will inspect them to determine eligibility for replacement or refund. Goods deemed damaged due to customer misuse may be returned without 
    refund, at the customer's expense. 

  • Handling Fee: For returns involving opened or slightly damaged packaging, a 15% handling fee may 
    apply

 

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

  • In-Store Purchases: If a customer decides to return an item due to preference (e.g., wrong size or model), it must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. DHS Irrigation may apply a 15% 
    handling fee for these returns. 

  •  Online Purchases: For goods purchased online, DHS Irrigation will assist with return arrangements. 
    Any original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Refund and Exchange Conditions

  • Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are processed after inspection. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is found to be defective. Refunds for defective items will include initial shipping costs, if applicable.

  • Failure to Return Accessories: If a return is missing accessories or components, DHS Irrigation reserves the right to deduct an amount equal to the missing parts from the refund.
